It’s about listening. It’s about communication. It’s about process. It’s about service. Our methodology follows a standard framework customizable to your project and your needs. The basic premise is most Rinnovare projects follow a Design-Build framework. In the DESIGN PHASE, we spend a significant amount of time learning about you and your family, your needs (Must-Have’s) and wants (Nice-to-Have’s), the house and location, and your initial desired budget. We will prepare potential scenarios (schema) for your review and feedback and we will create a detailed scope of work, specifications schedules and final budget insuring your know what you are getting and we know what we are providing. Only then do we pick up our hammers and start making a mess. Oh, about the mess — not to worry, at the end of every work day, our job sites are broom clean, with tools and materials organized and stored appropriately. We understand this is your home and you are likely going to be living in it through some of our project. Because of the extensive work in the Design phase, the BUILD PHASE is very efficient. We leverage specific productivity processes to keep our employees and subcontractors focused on what’s most important to you — schedule, budget and quality workmanship. At the end, together we go through an extensive “punch list” process where you have the opportunity to critique every piece of our project and ensure it meets what we promised in the Scope of Work and your expectations. |
